You must create an account to access QuestForge tools. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized access.

Some features of QuestForge require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged as described on the pricing page. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

You retain ownership of original content you create on QuestForge. By making content public, you grant QuestForge a non-exclusive license to display that content to other users on the platform.

You are solely responsible for content you upload or generate. QuestForge does not endorse user-generated content.

Users may not upload, publish, sell, or distribute:

• Official copyrighted RPG books or book text
• Paid digital game content you do not own
• Official maps or official artwork from any publisher
• Protected settings, characters, monsters, or adventures you do not have rights to
• Scraped content from D&D Beyond, Roll20, or other third-party platforms
• Content that infringes any other creator's intellectual property rights
• Content that is offensive, harassing, or illegal

When you choose to share content publicly, it is scanned for compliance. Content containing restricted or protected terms will be held for admin review or blocked from public sharing. You may always keep content private for your own campaign use.

Users may publicly share: original adventures, maps, monsters, NPCs, magic items, subclasses, campaign settings, and SRD-compatible material with proper attribution.

QuestForge's AI tools are designed to generate only original 5E-compatible fantasy content. The AI is instructed not to reproduce protected D&D settings, characters, or book text. AI-generated content is your responsibility to review before sharing publicly.

We scan all AI-generated content for compliance before saving. If protected terms are detected, you will be notified and given options to revise or keep the content private.

QuestForge is an independent 5E-compatible tabletop RPG platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Wizards of the Coast LLC. "Dungeons & Dragons" and "D&D" are trademarks of Wizards of the Coast LLC.

You may report content you believe infringes intellectual property rights or violates these terms using the "Report" button on public content pages. We will review reports and take appropriate action.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content, violate these terms, or engage in abusive behavior on the platform. Repeat infringement will result in permanent account termination.
